For some people, this concern prevents them considering a career in this vibrant and rewarding industry.

This is why we ensure all of our agreements bear the Crystal Mark. But we wanted to go even further than this. We developed a new Code of Practice in 2006; and submitted it to the BII accredition panel - we wanted to be sure it passed the test!

They were happy to accredit our Code of Practice. It is well worth you taking the time to download and read this document; it spells out the way we do business. We set ourselves high standards and we expect the same from our retailers.
