Here are our suggestions - you may not need to do everything - or maybe not in this order - either way, we've put together what we think is a good path towards running your own pub.

2. Find a suitable pub

When you have found a pub, which you think is right for you, we will meet and then arrange for you to:

• Look at the pub
• Meet the Business Development Manager who will be working with you
• Discuss your business plan and our agreements

4. Training workshops

Our workshops have received national recognition and have consistently helped people improve - both their business and their own performance within it. You'll be required to attend our RAPPID course.
